  • A fast paced class. Inferno is a chal­leng­ing full-body work­out using Pilates prin­ci­ples. It is high intensity and low impact. You will strengthen and change your core like never before. Take 5 classes and you will be transformed forever.

  • A faster paced class. A modified version of traditional Ashtanga Yoga. Rocket is faster and has a dynamic flow consisting of Sun A+B. standing, seated, and twisting poses.

  • A medium paced class. Class follows the same 26 poses in each class with a break between each pose. Poses are held longer. A great way to gauge your progress.

  • A slow paced class that targets the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, bringing the body into balance and increasing it’s natural range of motion. Poses are done seated or lying down and held for 3-5 minutes. You will leave feeling open, relaxed, and at peace.
