Vinyasa Flow
Kim has been rooted in her yoga practice for more than two and a half years, cultivating a strong foundation in mindful movement, breath awareness, and embodied presence. What began as a personal space for grounding and strength naturally deepened into a meaningful study of yoga's philosophy and its ability to support the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
With a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and a Master's in Early Childhood Education, Kim blends her understanding of human well-being, balance, and learning into her practice. Kim is passionate about offering classes that empower students to feel supported, grounded, and connected.
Kim believes in yoga’s ability to create space, physically and mentally, where people can discover strength, healing, and renewed ease with themselves.
