Savannah
Savannah has been dedicated to her Vinyasa practice since 2016 when she joined CHAARG, a university based wellness club that was introduced to her during her time at UIC. What started as a casual practice quickly became an obsession. After moving back to the suburbs in 2019, she was in search of a studio that she could call “home”. After practicing at numerous locations, Savannah finally found that sense of home she was longing for… Here at Bent Dog Yoga & Pilates.
It was here that she discovered her passion for Pilates. From the collective energy that fills the room, all the way to the shaking muscles that are progressively getting stronger with each pulse… There is nothing that matches an Inferno Hot Pilates class. Not only will you get a good work out but you will leave the room with a smile on your face. That is what Savannah is trying to achieve— increasing the mind and body connection that will leave you feeling physically fulfilled and mentally confident.
When Savannah isn’t teaching IHP, she enjoys baking sourdough bread, doing freelance graphic design work, and going to the Montrose Dog Beach with her dog.
