Jackie took her first Bikram yoga class in 2011 at this studio (our old location). She fell in love with the practice during her first class. 

At the time, she was still in grad school for speech therapy and made it a priority to take classes whenever she was home. 

Jackie quickly became a regular student after moving home and in 2014 attended Tony Sanchez yoga teacher training. With this training and Doug and Agata's personal guidance, she began teaching classes at the studio. 

She loves the community we have at Bent Dog, all of our teachers are students themselves and it has become a home away from home. 

Jackie teaches in a way that is calming and meditative yet still gives you the feeling of being challenged.
