Doug

Doug is not flexible. Although, he is more flexible now than when he started yoga. He started yoga because labor intensive jobs left him with a 2 year long ankle injury and a couple back surgeries.

When Doug didn’t want to be hurt any more he decided to do yoga. Now, Doug enjoys being pain free, semi-fine dining, doing nothing, smoothies, long yin yoga poses, and the occasional company of friends and family.

Doug’s teaching style is both awesome and forgiving. His sense of humor is dry, and his jokes are often not laughed at in class.

His training background runs deep. Combining the knowledge of his teachers Bryan Kest, Bikram Choudhury, Tony Sanchez, Bernie Clark, Paulie Zink, Joe Barnett, Sadie Nardini and more.
