Hi! I’m Annika, I am an Inferno Hot Pilates instructor and I already feel incredibly grateful to be part of the Bent Dog community
Movement has a way of bringing me back to myself.
Most days you’ll find me in a hot room, out for a run, chasing sunsets, or spending weekends in Lake Geneva with my three chocolate labs, Wilson, Leroy, and Gus
I love an active life, but I love the moments in between just as much: long walks with family, catching up with friends after class, and being part of communities that make movement feel like home.
After crossing the finish line of my first marathon, I was reminded that the strongest moments are built quietly, one step and one breath at a time
That lesson has stayed with me on every run, every workout, and every time I step onto the mat.
Whether you join me on Monday evenings or Friday mornings, my goal is for every class to be a place where you can challenge yourself, laugh, sweat, reset, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.
Whether you’re taking your first class or your hundredth, I hope you feel welcomed, encouraged, and supported from the moment you arrive.
