My name is Nicole (Nicki) Ferguson and I am so passionate about health and fitness. My belief is that it is a mind and body relationship. My very first experience with HOT PILATES was at BENT DOG and I have never looked back, trying to attend at least one class a day.

I have always been athletic and a team player. I played on all the sports growing up. I also grew up in the hot rooms practicing Bikram yoga as my mom is a Bikram instructor. I love the energy in the studio and have been so inspired by all the instructors here to follow my passion and lead by example.

When I'm not in the studio you can find me hanging with my amazing kids and husband. I am an animal lover especially my two dogs. I am also a breast cancer survivor and volunteer at the cancer center at Sherman Hospital.

I'm excited and inspired to share my passion for Hot Pilates with all of you.
